Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin

  • 1 container Cool Whip Free

  • 1 pkg sugar-free cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into parfait glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Serve chilled.
