Instruction

Testing to customize your program is done in our clinic with results immediately available. Tests include a body composition analysis, measurements, blood pressure and blood work. These tests will ensure your program is safe and effective.

Set-Up

Meal planning begins after tests are completed. Food groups, portion size and supplementation are written in your customized program schedule. All tests and programs are reviewed by our physician. Medical supervision qualifies reimbursement from your (HSA) health savings account or tax deduction at years end.
