Your success begins with a complimentary consultation which will take approximately 35 to 40 minutes, during which you and a staff member will work together to establish your personal goals and select the program best suited to you and your lifestyle. No “one size fits all” here.
Once you decide to get started, a series of simple tests will be performed, including a body composition analysis, blood work, measurements, testing of metabolic rate, etc. along with a review of your medical history, and existing medications.
